Psychotherapy for Highly-Sensitive People

Body-Centered Psychotherapy & Somatic Coaching for HSPs ONLINE in CO

I assist clients to uncover patterns that result in feeling stuck & together we disengage the trap of trying to “think your way out” of your feelings.

You’ve always felt different as well as a long history of being told you’re too….sensitive, emotional, etc…but, underneath it all you have the ability to track things others seem oblivious to & a depth of thinking that excites you (& possibly distracts you…).

The real issue is that you’ve barely found a way to benefit from your natural abilities to notice details others do not, so you find yourself living in your head, settling for less than your biggest dreams, feeling both overstimulated (sensory-wise) & under-stimulated (intellectually & spiritually).

The over-stimulation you feel in your body creates anxiety, panic, numbness, lack of deep sleep & lack of relaxation to the extent that you spend the little energy you have on simply trying to create self-care routines that barely put a dent in your feeling of burn-out & body tension.

You want to make a change, but don’t know where to begin & you find few people who can offer helpful insights to meet your unique concerns. In short, you spend alot of time “spinning your wheels.”

We are not trying to dispel the darkness...but to use the darkness as a primary source of wisdom.  Let's turn toward the unknown, the unexplored.

The unconscious & the body are the most vast & extraordinary Dark Places we could dare to explore.

Bringing something into consciousness creates change & the body is the gateway to transformation.
